He uses and embraces a systematic approach to training and consulting in order to improve the entire company, and not just its individual divisions, to acquire necessary business skills.

He has 26 years of experience in conducting trainings and consulting in more than a hundred enterprises in Ukraine, Belarus, and Kazakhstan.

Successful projects during the years 1994-2020:

  • Systematic training of line managers in large companies (3 -19 years). More than 1000 participants received training.

  • Training of military personnel and their families under the Small Business Manager program within the framework of the project from the International Renaissance Foundation (5 years). More than 700 participants received training.

  • Trainings for medical representatives of an international pharmaceutical company (representative offices in Ukraine, Belarus, and Kazakhstan).

  • Numerous trainings for personnel of various Ukrainian companies on the problems of management, sales and other business communications.

  • TRIZ and COT promotion among entrepreneurs. 

  • Strategic sessions in 16 various Ukrainian companies.

  • Company Transformation,  a consulting project
